A monthly leaderboard of fractional executives and independent consultants. Getting on it is free. The only thing money buys is position, and position resets every month.
Listing
Adding yourself is free, takes no account, and is live immediately.
Your listing is permanent. It stays on the board whether or not you ever pay.
One listing per profile. Link your LinkedIn, your own site, whichever you'd rather people land on.
No agencies posting on behalf of a roster, no affiliate or redirect links, nothing illegal. Listings that break this come down without a refund.
Ranking
The board is ordered by what each listing has paid inside the current calendar month, highest first. Ties go to whoever listed first.
Payments during a month stack, so moving up later costs only the difference you want to add.
On the 1st, the ranking resets to zero for everyone. Your listing stays; your position does not.
That reset is the point. It means the top ten is winnable every month rather than owned by whoever got there first.
Whole dollars, $1 minimum. Card networks won't process less than that.
Prizes
#1 at the deadline gets a podcast episode, a blog write-up, the lead slot in the newsletter, and a LinkedIn post to 26,000 followers.
The top ten are named in that month's newsletter, each with a link.
Prizes are decided by the standing when the month ends. Highest bid wins — there's no draw and no judging.
Featured placements are paid placements, and they're disclosed as such wherever they run.
After you pay
A payment counts the moment it clears, not when checkout starts.
Payments are final. You're buying position on a board for the rest of the month, not a number of clicks, and no traffic is promised.
Clicks go straight to the link you submitted and are counted per listing, in public. They're capped per person so the number can't be inflated.
You can ask for your listing to be removed at any time. Removal doesn't return the money.
The numbers
Online is distinct browser sessions seen in the last 90 seconds. Visitors is distinct sessions ever seen, and only ever goes up.
Clicks are counted server side, per listing, and capped per person per hour so the number cannot be pumped.
None of it is smoothed or seeded. The analytics dashboard is public, so you can check any of it against a third party.
